Terms of sale and services

The description, venue, date, level and price are shown during the booking process. A booking is confirmed after the process is completed and, where required, payment is received.

Prices are those displayed at the time of booking. Online payments may be processed by Stripe. The club does not retain complete card details.

No separate general cancellation and refund policy was found in the information currently available. Any specific terms displayed by Bsport or Stripe at booking time prevail. Requests should be sent to info@capoeirateam.lu before the service starts. If the club cancels, affected participants will be informed of the applicable arrangements.

Where provided by law, consumers have a right of withdrawal. This right may be excluded or end when a leisure service is supplied on a specific date or during a specific period, or when performance starts at the consumer’s express request under the applicable legal conditions.

A minor’s registration must be completed or authorised by a legal guardian. Participants must follow safety instructions, inform instructors of relevant restrictions and wear suitable clothing.
