These terms govern access to the Capoeira Team Luxembourg website and use of its content and features.
Purpose and acceptance
Browsing the website means that you have read these terms. Partner services, including Bsport and Stripe, may be subject to their own terms.
Permitted use
The website may be used to discover the club’s activities, request a trial class, consult the calendar and access registration or booking flows. Users must provide accurate information and must not misuse the website.
Accounts and third-party services
Accounts, bookings, subscriptions and member areas provided by Bsport are governed by the relationship between the user, the club and Bsport for the service used. Payments processed by Stripe are also subject to Stripe’s terms.
Content and availability
The club aims to keep information accurate and the service available, but does not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Schedules, venues and activities may change for organisational or safety reasons.
Responsibility and reporting
Users remain responsible for their equipment, credentials and use of the website. Abuse or technical issues may be reported to info@capoeirateam.lu.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
