Trial-class forms may collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, date of birth, optional CNS number, discipline, club, and preferred date and time. Personal coaching enquiries may also include your availability and the goals you provide.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a class or appointment, and follow up with you. Account, booking, and membership data are processed through bsport when you use its services. Stripe may process a payment when a Stripe checkout is offered.

Information needed to respond or prepare a registration is processed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Optional fields are identified in the form. If you do not provide required information, the club may be unable to handle your enquiry.

Form information is sent to the club by email. Depending on the active technical configuration, email delivery uses EmailJS or Resend. bsport, Stripe (for relevant payments), Vercel Analytics (only on a production deployment hosted by Vercel), and hosting providers may process technical data needed to provide their services. Their own privacy policies and terms also apply to their interfaces.

We do not sell your data. It is shared with other recipients only when needed for the requested service, required by law, or authorized by you.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle and follow them, then deleted or archived in line with applicable legal obligations. Accounting records and payment evidence are kept for the applicable statutory period. Accounts and bookings managed by bsport follow the retention rules of that service and the club.

The website uses a language-preference cookie and may use technical cookies required for certain features. Third-party widgets, including bsport, may set their own cookies when you use them. Vercel Analytics is enabled only in the technical circumstances described above. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect site features.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers are governed by mechanisms provided under applicable law and the relevant provider's commitments. Check the privacy information of the providers in use for current details.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, object to certain processing, and request data portability. To exercise these rights, email info@capoeirateam.lu. You may also lodge a complaint with Luxembourg's National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD).

Where an enquiry concerns a child, it should be submitted by a parent or legal guardian where required by law. The club may request information needed to verify that the enquiry is made by an authorized person.
